After installation, the product must undergo the following inspections and tests before being put into operation.
• Inspect the cabinet surface paint for peeling, and ensure the interior is dry and clean.
• Verify that the operating mechanisms of electrical components are flexible, with no sticking or excessive operating force.
• Confirm that the main electrical components operate reliably and accurately, and that auxiliary contacts function reliably and accurately.
• Check that instrument indications match the transformer ratio and polarity.
• Verify that busbar connections are secure, and that insulation supports, mounting hardware, and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.
• Confirm that auxiliary contacts meet requirements, fuse elements are of the correct specification, relay settings comply with design requirements, and operations are accurate.
• Ensure that circuit connections conform to the electrical schematic diagram.
• Verify that the protective circuit system meets requirements.
• Measure insulation resistance using a 500-volt megohmmeter; the value must not be less than 10 megohms.
