Taking the XGN15-12 cabinet type as an example
Cabinet structure
The cabinet is constructed using 2mm thick aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates riveted into shape. The rear of the cabinet features pressure relief holes, with one connecting to the cable compartment and the other to the busbar compartment.
Busbar compartment
Located at the top of the cabinet and connected to adjacent switchgear cabinets, the load switch is an independent unit filled with SF6 gas.
Cable compartment
Used for connecting cables, installing fuses, grounding switches, and CT/PT transformers.
Circuit breaker compartment
SF6 circuit breakers or vacuum circuit breakers are installed below the load switch.
Operating mechanism and interlocking
Includes the operating mechanism, interlocking devices, position indicators, auxiliary contacts, and live display indicators.
