The enclosure, door, and upper chamber of this unit undergo a thorough spray processing, ensuring a protective and uniform finish.  All cabinets feature a main grounding busbar that facilitates a close connection near the cabinet.  Metal components, including grounding switches and interlocking parts, are meticulously linked to the grounding busbar.  Copper braid connections are employed between parts connected by screws to ensure continuity.


To manage gas release and prevent inner burning arcs, a pressure relief door is positioned at the back of the cabinet.  The upper board is securely fixed with screws, allowing it to be easily opened from the outside for bus connection.  The upper auxiliary devices chamber offers flexibility for installing terminals and other components.  By elevating the small chamber, relay protection can be efficiently achieved.


Notably, the load break switch and grounding switch utilize a block-type interlock, while the grounding switch and door employ a coercive interlock.  Following a specific sequence of steps—closing the door, turning on the grounding switch, and closing the load break switch—automatic interlock is achieved. This sequential operation serves to prevent faults and enhance the overall safety of the system.
