The unit’s enclosure, access doors, and upper chamber undergo precision spray coating, ensuring a durable, uniform protective finish that safeguards against environmental corrosion and mechanical wear. All cabinets incorporate a primary grounding busbar designed to enable secure grounding close to the cabinet’s structural framework. Metal components—including grounding switches and interlocking mechanisms—are meticulously bonded to the grounding busbar, while copper braid connections are utilized at screw-fastened joints to ensure electrical continuity and fault current dissipation.


To mitigate internal overpressure and arc-related risks, a pressure relief panel is strategically integrated into the cabinet’s rear structure, designed to safely regulate gas discharge in rare fault scenarios. The upper busbar compartment is secured with tamper-resistant screws, allowing easy external access for busbar connections during installation or maintenance. The upper auxiliary devices chamber offers versatile configuration options, accommodating terminal blocks, control modules, and other components. By elevating this sub-compartment, the design optimizes space for relay protection systems, enhancing operational efficiency.


Notably, the load break switch and grounding switch feature a modular interlocking mechanism, while the grounding switch and access door employ a positive interlock system. Through a defined operational sequence—closing the door, engaging the grounding switch, and activating the load break switch—automatic interlock functionality is achieved. This sequential logic minimizes operational errors, prevents unauthorized access during live operation, and reinforces overall system safety protocols, ensuring compliance with rigorous industrial safety standards.
