American Type Combined Transformer Compact Substation

The high voltage side of the American Type High Voltage Substation connects 10kV or 35kV high-voltage cables to the interior of the box-type transformer via fully sealed bushings. The current passes through fuses before entering the transformer, where it is converted to low voltage, and then output to the low voltage unit. All distribution equipment is integrated within the box, featuring a compact design that saves space and facilitates installation and transportation. The fully sealed design prevents external moisture and air from entering the box, protecting internal components from oxidation. Suitable for densely populated areas such as commercial districts and residential areas.

2. To prevent condensation, the standard operating humidity should be ≤95%  

3. Installation is prohibited in areas prone to water accumulation to avoid prolonged exposure to water  

4. Installation should be kept away from gas stations, fuel stations, and similar locations  

5. Sufficient space for heat dissipation must be reserved, and the substation should not be installed at an angle.
