The Three Phase Dry Type Power Transformer utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve voltage conversion. During operation, when the primary winding is energized, it generates an alternating magnetic flux, which is coupled through the core to the secondary winding, thereby inducing an electromotive force. Wrapping foil sheets around the high and low voltage windings enhances short circuit withstand capability. The use of a filtration casting process eliminates stress caused by temperature changes during transformer operation, while the use of epoxy resin provides better heat resistance for the windings, ensuring equipment safety. The core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets, stacked at a 45° angle to reduce losses, and flat plates are used to avoid noise interference.
