Product Description

The Three Phase Oil Immersed Transformer is one of the important equipment in the urban power grid. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve voltage conversion. When the primary winding is connected to AC, the alternating current generates an alternating magnetic flux, which is then conducted to the secondary winding through the iron core, thereby inducing an electromotive force. It is suitable for commercial centers, power stations and other places. In order to reduce no-load and load losses, LUGAO insists on using high-quality iron cores and windings. When LUGAO engineers designed the Oil Power Transformer, the distance between the winding and the iron core was reduced, making the whole more compact and easy to install and transport. Insulating oil is used as a cooling medium to cover the winding and the iron core, fully absorbing the heat generated during operation. At the same time, the arc-extinguishing gas is decomposed by heat, which can extinguish the arc and avoid fault problems.

The shell of the Fully Sealed Oil Immersed Transformer is made of materials with extremely high protection levels. It is suitable for outdoor installation and is not affected by bad weather. It can isolate rain and dust from entering the body and protect the internal metal components from oxidation. The pressure during operation can be released through the pressure relief valve. Operating Environment

1. Standard operating temperature is between -30°C and +40°C. When the temperature exceeds 40°C, the equipment must operate in reduced load mode.

2. Standard operating altitude is below 1,000 meters.

3. Standard operating humidity is a daily average of ≤95% and a monthly average of ≤90%.

4. The installation tilt angle must not exceed 15°.

5. Regularly inspect the oil level gauge, oil quality, and surrounding environment.

6. Keep away from flammable areas, electromagnetic interference zones, and other locations that may affect transformer operation.
