10KV 220V Amorphous Alloy Dry type Transformer do not require liquid materials for insulation but instead use solid insulation materials for both insulation and heat dissipation. They offer extremely high fire resistance, reducing the risk of fire, and can be directly installed indoors. This eliminates the risk of oil leakage and makes them more environmentally friendly during recycling. The epoxy resin casting provides high mechanical strength and strong resistance to short-circuit current impacts. Designed with social impact in mind, the Cast Resin Transformer features an aesthetically pleasing structure and produces minimal noise during operation. It has a high protection rating, so outdoor installation is not affected by adverse weather conditions. Maintenance is straightforward, with no need for oil replenishment or filtration. Compared to oil-filled transformers of the same voltage, dry-type transformers are smaller and lighter, making them easier to transport and install while saving installation space.
The epoxy resin insulation prevents dust and moisture from entering the interior, protecting the internal metal components. Options include AN or AF, with forced air cooling via fans to enhance short-term overload capacity. 1. The standard operating temperature range is -25°C to +40°C. If the temperature exceeds or falls below this range, please contact us for a customized solution.
2. The standard operating humidity should be ≤90%. In high-humidity environments, choose a cast structure with better moisture-proof performance.
3. The standard altitude range is ≤1000 meters. For altitudes above this range, please contact us for special design.
4. Ensure sufficient space is provided during installation to allow the transformer to dissipate heat efficiently. Do not tilt the unit.
5. Keep away from areas with strong electromagnetic interference and avoid installation in areas with corrosive gases.
