Wrapping foil around the high and low voltage windings enhances short-circuit resistance. Using a filtration casting method eliminates temperature induced stress during transformer operation, and the use of epoxy resin makes the windings more heat-resistant, ensuring equipment safety. The core uses high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheets, with 45° angled wide laminations stacked to reduce losses, and flat laminations that do not produce noise interference.
