The Scb11 Dry Type Transformer employs epoxy resin or silicone rubber as insulating materials. These materials possess self extinguishing properties and do not pose risks associated with oil leakage. During the casting process, the pre-wound coils are placed in specially designed molds, followed by the injection of an epoxy resin mixture and heating for curing. The resulting structure has high mechanical strength, effectively isolating external dust and moisture while protecting internal metal components.


To minimize losses, high-quality silicon steel sheets and windings are selected as materials, effectively reducing operational noise without affecting the surrounding environment.
