LUGAO's Toroidal Split Core Dry Type Power Transformer utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve voltage conversion. During operation, when the primary winding is energized, it generates an alternating magnetic flux, which is coupled through the core to the secondary winding, thereby inducing an electromotive force. The Toroidal Split Core Transformer uses epoxy resin or silicone rubber as insulation materials. These materials have self-extinguishing properties and do not pose safety hazards due to oil leakage. During the casting process, the pre-wound coils are placed in specially designed molds, followed by the injection of epoxy resin mixture and heating for curing. This structure offers high mechanical strength, isolates external dust and moisture, and protects internal metal components. High-quality silicon steel sheets and windings are specified as materials, offering advantages such as low noise and low loss, making them suitable for locations like office buildings, hospitals, and schools.
The Split Core Dry Type Transformer can be customized according to customer requirements for voltage ratings, dimensions, and enclosures. Different materials with varying protection ratings can be selected to suit different environmental conditions.
