The insulating oil also effectively prevents moisture from penetrating internal components and protects metal components from oxidation. The High Frequency Isolation Transformer is equipped with an oil level gauge and oil quality inspection device on the top, facilitating regular inspections and early warnings. During installation, sufficient space for heat dissipation must be provided for the transformer, and it should not be installed in areas with high foot traffic. It should be properly positioned to avoid any tilt. Regular monitoring and maintenance of the oil quality are crucial.

1. Standard operating temperature is between -30°C and +40°C. When the temperature exceeds 40°C, the equipment must operate in reduced load mode.

2. Standard operating altitude is below 1,000 meters.

3. Standard operating humidity is a daily average of ≤95% and a monthly average of ≤90%.

4. The installation tilt angle must not exceed 15°.

5. Regularly inspect the oil level gauge, oil quality, and surrounding environment.
