The Medium Voltage Energy-saving Oil Immersed Transformer uses insulating oil as the cooling medium. During operation, it dissipates the heat generated by the core and windings through convection, which not only ensures uniform heat dissipation but also prevents faults caused by local overheating. During the design phase, our engineers focused on energy efficiency. Therefore, we selected high quality silicon steel sheets and copper windings to reduce no-load losses and load losses.
The Medium Voltage Transformer is suitable for residential and commercial environments. The equipment operates quietly and stably. In terms of environmental protection, biodegradable insulating oil is used, and the equipment is fully sealed to prevent oil leaks. Additionally, ONAN and ONAF dual-mode cooling is available as an option. When the operating pressure is too high, it can be released through a pressure relief valve. During regular inspections, the condition of the insulating oil can be observed through an oil level gauge. The High Frequency Power Transformer has passed multiple international standards, such as CE and ISO, ensuring high product quality.

Operating Environment
1. Standard operating temperature is between -30°C and +40°C. When the temperature exceeds 40°C, the equipment must operate in reduced load mode.
2. Standard operating altitude is below 1,000 meters.
3. Standard operating humidity is a daily average of ≤95% and a monthly average of ≤90%.
4. The installation tilt angle must not exceed 15°.
5. Regularly inspect the oil level gauge, oil quality, and surrounding environment.
6. Keep away from flammable areas, electromagnetic interference zones, and other locations that may affect transformer operation.
