The three-phase high-voltage transformer has undergone a series of rigorous quality inspections and has passed international standards such as CE and ISO. Insulating oil is used as the cooling medium, covering the windings and core to absorb heat generated during operation, which is then dissipated through natural convection. The oil can produce arc-quenching gases to extinguish arcs promptly. Operating pressure can be released through a pressure relief valve to prevent the oil tank from rupturing. Regarding the windings, copper windings or aluminum windings can be selected based on actual conditions. Copper windings optimize load losses, while aluminum windings offer a more economical solution.

The Triphase Liquid-immersed transformer features a fully sealed design, effectively isolating moisture and preventing oxidation of internal components, thereby extending service life. Due to the excellent heat dissipation properties of insulating oil, the Triphase 35kV transformer exhibits exceptional overload capacity, capable of temporarily buffering during peak power demand periods. The condition of the insulating oil can be monitored via an oil level gauge, with regular inspections conducted to assess oil quality and the internal status of the unit.

Operating Environment

1. Standard operating temperature is between -30°C and +40°C. When the temperature exceeds 40°C, the equipment must operate in reduced load mode.

2. Standard operating altitude is below 1,000 meters.

3. Standard operating humidity is a daily average of ≤95% and a monthly average of ≤90%.

4. The installation tilt angle must not exceed 15°.

5. Regularly inspect the oil level gauge, oil quality, and surrounding environment.

6. Keep away from flammable areas, electromagnetic interference zones, and other locations that may affect transformer operation.
