The core is constructed from high-grade cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, featuring advanced designs such as full-biased multi-step joints, punch-free structures, and wound-core configurations. It is securely clamped using stainless steel retainer plates and epoxy fiberglass binding tapes to minimize electromagnetic noise and mechanical vibration, ensuring low-loss operation.
Coil
High-purity oxygen-free copper enameled wire or paper-insulated flat copper wire serves as the conductor material. Coils are available in multiple configurations, including drum-type, spiral-type, improved spiral-type, continuous-type, and interleaved-type designs, tailored to meet diverse voltage and load requirements. Each coil undergoes rigorous insulation treatment to enhance short-circuit resistance and thermal stability.
Oil Tank
The transformer tank is designed in either cylindrical or shell-type structures, integrated with corrugated radiators for efficient heat dissipation. While the standard configuration does not include a trolley, the tank bottom is welded with a base conforming to national standard rail gauges, facilitating easy installation and transportation. The tank’s hermetic design ensures oil tightness and protection against environmental contaminants.
