The S11-M fully sealed oil-immersed transformer features an all-sealed structure, with the oil tank completely enclosed to ensure that the insulating oil is completely isolated from the air, thereby preventing oxidation of internal components. Even in high-humidity, dusty environments, the fully sealed oil-immersed transformer can operate stably without any adverse effects. It features a corrugated oil tank with a pressure relief valve for pressure release. Thanks to the high thermal capacity of the insulating oil, the transformer's overload capacity is enhanced. During arc breakdown at high temperatures, the insulating oil generates arc-quenching gases that can quickly extinguish the arc, preventing faults.

Thanks to the advantages of oil-immersed cooling, the fully sealed oil-immersed transformer can use a smaller core cross-section, thereby reducing no-load losses. Under the protection of insulating oil, the aging rate of internal components is slowed down, extending their service life. During installation, distribution transformers must maintain spacing to facilitate heat dissipation and should be kept away from densely populated areas. Before shipment, we perform vacuum oil filling and sealing to prevent leaks during transportation and facilitate installation.

1. Standard operating temperature: -30°C to +40°C. When the temperature exceeds 40°C, the unit must be operated in load-reduction mode.

2. Standard operating altitude: Below 1,000 meters.

3. Standard operating humidity: Daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%.

4. When installing, ensure the tilt angle does not exceed 15°.

5. Regularly inspect the oil level gauge, oil quality, and surrounding environment.

6. Keep the Fully Sealed Oil Immersed Transformer away from flammable areas, electromagnetic interference zones, and other locations that may affect transformer operation.
